Before using this e-Service, members of public must first ensure that they had taken their digital photograph at the driving centre where they had passed their practical test as this digital photograph will be used to print on their photo card driving licence. Payment of S$50 for application of QDL must be made online using only eNETS or credit card.
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who had passed their practical test are required to apply and make payment for their Qualified Driving Licence (QDL) online using their own Singpass account via this e-Service). E-Application of Qualified Driving Licence (only for Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners who had passed the practical test at any of the 3 Traffic Police Test Centres)
